Simon Bridges: He is a prominent New Zealand politician and former leader of the National Party. With a background in law, he served as a Member of Parliament for Tauranga and held various ministerial roles in Key/English governments. Bridges is known for his high media profile and significant contributions to New Zealand politics. He authored the acclaimed memoir "National Identity" and currently serves as the CEO of the Auckland Business Chamber. Bridges enjoy family life with his wife Natalie and their children, Emlyn, Harry, and Jemima. In his leisure time, he engages in activities like playing board games, playing the drums, and indulging in his interests in red wine, podcasts, and reading.
Jason Serafino: He is the Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) at Credit Clear Limited (ASX: CCR). In this role, he has led the technology team in developing Credit Clear's cutting-edge debt collection platform. Under Jason's guidance, the platform has consistently demonstrated its ability to enhance customer experience, engagement rates, and collections. This has been evidenced by an impressive Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +42 from over 230,000 customers, as measured through ongoing champion challenger testing. Recognising the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in debt collection, Jason and the technology team at Credit Clear have been pioneers in integrating AI into their platform. As a result, Credit Clear's platform has been recognized as the top AI solution in Australian Fintech for two consecutive years.
Adrienne Begbie: She is the Managing Director of Prospa New Zealand, a leading financial services company. With extensive experience in the industry, she played a pivotal role in establishing Prospa's presence in New Zealand in 2019. Adrienne's responsibilities include leading the Prospa New Zealand team, overseeing all local business operations, and cultivating a strong network of dedicated partners. With nearly 20 years of experience, including nine years at Resimac, she is a skilled leader and General Manager, specialising in small business banking, sales management, insurance, and loans. Adrienne is deeply passionate about supporting Kiwi small businesses and is dedicated to unlocking their full potential throughout New Zealand.
Andrew Smith: He is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the credit and debt collections industry. He has successfully founded three companies, including ARMA Group Holdings, which was acquired by Credit Clear Limited (ASX: CCR) for $46 million in February 2022. After the acquisition, Andrew assumed the role of CEO and Managing Director of the publicly listed company. Under his leadership, Credit Clear and ARMA have combined to offer a unique digitally driven and hybrid collections solution. This has resulted in exceptional collection outcomes for clients and an enhanced customer experience for their customers. Andrew's strategic focus on securing larger "tier 1" clients has led to significant achievements, including partnerships with a major Australian bank, a leading insurance company, a prominent state-based utility, and a top telecommunications provider.
Steven Holmes: He has spent his entire career immersed in the world of Payments and Fintech, from the development of Payments and Financial Services Platforms to working as an Executive Leader with a focus on strategic planning and execution, rapid, sustained growth and scaling, internationalization and market expansion, merger and acquisition, and organizational and product development and transformation. In his current role as an Executive Director at Bolton Equities he is focused on Investment, Governance and Advisory work across their business portfolio.
Garry Green: He is an entrepreneur, investor, strategic thinker, and transformation professional with 25+ years’ experience in helping organisations with new ways of working. He is the managing director and founder of Quanton, who brought robotic process automation to the New Zealand Market over 7 years ago. Garry is an active member of the Global Open Exo community, who assist businesses and organisations navigate the world of disruptive technology and transformation. He is a thought leader who is passionate about assisting NZ businesses and not for profit organisations improve their productivity and ability to differentiate themselves through new ways of thinking and pragmatic technology implementation.
The focus of the panel discussion will be:
